We are trying to form a new world order now - a world where every human being is healthy, rich and cooperative - a world without terrorism or violence - a world of peace and humanism. In this world no race or country is superior. It is a world based on democratic political system having equal opportunities for all and a helping hand for the handicapped or the needy. And in this world there is always an easy way to progress and prosperity. Here are seven easy ways based on the new Law of Respect which has still not been discovered or discussed by any writer or business consultant anywhere in the world. This law is as strong as the law of gravitation discovered by Newton. It is easy to understand and easy to apply.
1. Respect your wishes
First of all any person who wants to get success in life must learn to respect his own wishes. Wishes have wings and they take you to a marvellous journey of progress and prosperity. A wish means the things you want from life. You may wish for a new mobile, a new car, a new house, a responsive life partner, a bright career in a certain field.
2. Respect money
The more we respect money the more we get it. Many persons are very careless with money. They actually don’t love it. They spend or keep it without much thought or planning. Respecting money means trying to earn as much as possible, spending it with great care, investing it safely and wisely, depositing a part of your income every month. If a person doesn’t respect money he will lose it fast even if he earns it.
3. Respect your wife
In her famous book ‘Thick Face Black Heart’ international writer and business consultant chow..... writes that Chinese farmers are poor because they beat their wives. By beating their wives actually they beat their own future. According to Indian tradition a wife is called a Lakshmi (goddess of wealth) of the house. If she is given proper respect the family becomes prosperous. If she is beaten or ignored the goddess of wealth gets angry and it becomes very difficult to become rich.
In fact women are mostly better human engineers. Their mind work better in solving day to day problems of the family. If they are respected and valued in the family they remain positive thinkers. They share joys and sorrows of their husbands. They also conspire to help him rise in life. And men then find it easy to progress or earn money. By disrespecting a wife a man actually cut his own powers. In modern world both Indians and Chinese husbands are respecting their wives more. Now they get education and become more like friends. Consequently they are becoming rich - see the sudden and magical rise of Indian and Chinese economies.
4. Respect Your Children
Aurangzeb, a very powerful Mogul king in India, ignored this rule and his empire was disintegrated so fast after his death that even the historians are astonished. He treated his sons very badly. He often punished them so ruthlessly that their unique traits were crushed. Their psychology became totally handicapped. They not only lacked confidence but also the will to save their kingdom from disintegration. When the children are respected they are nurtured with love. Their unique traits are developed. Such children always make their parents stronger in life. They take care of the family business properly.
5. Respect your mind and body
In the name of showing you the right path to God most of the saints always make you poor and dependent. They teach you the basic principle of disrespecting your mind and body - repressing your desires and renouncing the things you have. Thousands of such saints kept the Indian society in their grip keeping this country in the clutches of poverty and slavery. They constantly killed the desires and the fighting spirit of the masses. Influence of western culture may be bringing many negative changes in the Indian society but it is also bringing one positive change. It is helping us to learn to respect our mind and body. It inculcated a spirit of competition and unity which propelled the Indians to touch great heights and see a new era of economic development.
6. Respect criticism from all sides
The people who hate criticism become dictators and sow the seeds of future destruction. Almost all the dictators of the world met a very sad end snatching the happiness of their nearers and dearers too. On the contrary the rulers, who welcomed criticism and found an opportunity in it to develop further, were praised for their wisdom and administration. They enjoyed their life till the end.
If you hate a brickbat of criticism today you get ten more tomorrow.
